The Congress party on Tuesday held a meeting of the All Indian Congress Committee in Delhi. The meeting was attended by?Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge and Leader of Opposition?Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, Provincial Congress Committee (PCC)?presidents and state in-charges.?
The meeting was called to discuss the preparations for the upcoming assembly elections in several states. Besides, the issue of caste census and the recent Supreme Court order on the provision of creamy layers in SC-ST reservation was also the top agenda of the meeting.
