Hera Pheri (2000): Neeraj Vora wrote this heist comedy-drama, which starred Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Paresh Rawal, Tabu and Om Puri. Priydarshan's directorial is a remake of Ramji Rao Speaking, a 1989 Malayalam film that was based on the 1971 American television picture See The Man Run. The film is still remembered for its comical dialogues.

Hungama (2003): Priyadarshan co-wrote and directed this comedy-drama movie. Shakti Kapoor, Rajpal Yadav, Tiku Talsania, and Shoma Anand play supporting parts in the movie, which stars Akshaye Khanna, Paresh Rawal, Aftab Shivdasani and Rimi Sen. It is a remake of Poochakkoru Mookkuthi, a Malayalam film directed by Priyadarshan and released in 1984.

Hulchul (2004): The 1991 Malayalam film Godfather was remade in Hindi as this romantic comedy. The film's main actors are Kareena Kapoor and Akshaye Khanna, while other notable actors include Sunil Shetty, Jackie Shroff, Arshad Warsi, Amrish Puri, Paresh Rawal, Arbaaz Khan, Shakti Kapoor, Farha Naaz and Laxmi.

Garam Masala (2004): Priyadarshan's 1985 Malayalam comedy Boeing Boeing, which was based on the same-titled French play from 1960, was remade in Hindi as Garam Masala. The comedy-drama features Rajpal Yadav, Neha Dhupia, Paresh Rawal and Rimi Sen along with John Abraham and Akshay Kumar.

Bhagam Bhaag (2006): Parts of the Malayalam movie Mannar Mathai Speaking, which was based on the 1958 movie Vertigo, inspired Bhagam Bhaag. Alongside Lara Dutta, Rajpal Yadav, Jackie Shroff, Arbaaz Khan, Shakti Kapoor, Manoj Joshi, Razak Khan, Sharat Saxena and Asrani, the film's three main actors are Paresh Rawal, Govinda and Akshay Kumar.

Dhol (2007): The 1990 Malayalam film In Harihar Nagar, which was previously dubbed in Hindi in 1992 as Parda Hai Parda was remade as Dhol. Tusshar Kapoor, Sharman Joshi, Kunal Khemu, Rajpal Yadav, Tanushree Dutta, and Om Puri play the main characters in the comedy-drama, while Arbaaz Khan, Abhimanyu Singh, Payal Rohatgi, Murali Sharma, Asrani, and Tiku Talsania play supporting roles.

De Dana Dan (2009): Its story is a partial adaptation of the Hollywood film Screwed, while scenes were taken from Vettam, Priyadarshan's Malayalam film. Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty, Katrina Kaif, Paresh Rawal, and Sameera Reddy lead the ensemble cast of the movie.
